Our Commitment

Expected Behavior

• Be kind, considerate, and respectful to others.
• Use welcoming and inclusive language.

Unacceptable Behavior

• Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
• Offensive verbal comments or jokes.
• Unwelcome sexual attention or advances.
• Sustained disruption of talks or other events.
• Inappropriate physical contact.

Reporting & Enforcement

If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please contact a staff member immediately. All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Organizers may take any action deemed appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event.
